Let's kick things off from the very beginning – the moment you book your fitting with us, it's like the first chapter of your bridal adventure! 

Now, we're going to ask you a few questions when you book your fitting, and trust us, they're super important. Why? Because it's all about making your fitting experience as personal and magical as possible. 

But here's the question that's like the golden ticket to bridal wonderland: What wedding dresses have caught your eye? It really helps if you tell us which dresses you fell head over heels for on our website. That way, we can make sure those beauties are all set and ready for your fitting.

And, of course, we want to make sure you're in the right lane budget-wise, so please pick dresses that match your budget. You'll find the price ranges on our collection page. 

Oh, one more thing – our samples are in sizes 6 to 12. Just so you know, we're working our magic within that range. 

So, you've secured your fitting with us – woo-hoo, it's going to be a blast! But before the big day, let's talk prep:

Rock some nude undies – because we want you to feel your most beautiful self.

Dress up a bit – it's your moment to shine, so why not sparkle from head to toe?

Heels? Sure, bring 'em along, but we've got a pedestal that'll give you that heel-wearing vibe.

Now, the day is here! We're bursting with excitement to meet you. But, just a friendly reminder: please be punctual. If you're more than fashionably late (15 minutes or more), we'll have to reschedule. 

You're welcome to bring along three of your fabulous friends. When you arrive at our pretty pink boutique, you'll be ushered into our beautiful front space. We'll even take your beverage order – perhaps some champagne to celebrate? But don't worry, we've got other options too.

Next, we'll chat about your dress choices. The bride and our bridal stylist will slip into a fitting room, and it's like a bridal transformation in there. While they're doing their magic, your squad can sip champagne and nibble on some snacks. 

Feel free to snap some Instagram-worthy pictures of our stunning space and your beautiful faces, but please be mindful when taking photos of the dresses. We kindly ask that you don't take any videos. After your fitting, we'll give you a quote for all the dresses you fell in love with, and we'll have a good chat about it. No limits on dresses fitted, but we do keep it to a one-hour time frame, guided by our stylist, to make sure we cover everything.

Oh, and guess what? We can also try out some veils during your fitting – just to add that extra touch of bridal magic!

Congratulations, you've discovered your dream dress with us – a moment of pure magic! 

Now, let's dive into the exciting stuff. The moment you realise "this is the one," shout it from the rooftops, or, you know, just let us know. We'll swiftly send you an invoice for your dream dress along with our banking details.

But here's the scoop – we need a 60% non-refundable payment to lock in your dream dress. If you've fallen head over heels for one of our sample dresses, we'll need the full 100% to secure it. No going back, you're officially on the road to bridal bliss! 

Typically, we'll take your measurements during one of our fun fittings. But, here's the twist – sometimes we're like Cinderella racing against the clock, or we just want to be 100% sure. In those cases, we might ask you to pop by our boutique for a quick measurement session, or we'll send you some super-easy instructions to measure yourself.

Once we've got all the deets about your size down to a T, it's time to make the magic happen. We'll place the order for your dress, and the countdown to your bridal transformation begins! 

As soon as your gorgeous dress graces us with its presence, we'll hit you up with the joyful news and get the ball rolling on those alterations fittings. At this stage, we'll also kindly request you to settle the remaining balance of your dress. 

Now, here's the nitty-gritty – please keep about 4 alterations fittings on your radar. We usually kickstart this process around 2 months before your big day, but we'll sync our schedules with yours. 

But, hey, if you have your own fairy seamstress godmother, you're more than welcome to use them. We're all about making your dress dreams come true in the way that suits you best!
